The cost of a workout at Uetli Gym varies depending on the subscription or token package you choose. The different options allow you to choose the right package to suit your own preferences and training needs.

Here are the details:

1. Token system:

    • 1 token equals one sauna entry or one 30-minute group class.
    • 2 tokens can be used for a 60-minute group class or two sauna entries.
    • 3 tokens can be used for a 90-minute group session.

3. Monthly subscriptions:

  • Monthly subscription with sauna CHF 300.00 (group classes with sauna):
    • Nutzbar für 30 Tokens für Gruppenkurse und 10 Tokens für die Sauna.

 

4. Annual subscriptions:

  • Annual subscription CHF 2,300 (group classes only):
    • Usable for 360 tokens, exclusively for group classes.
    • Price for 2 tokens: CHF 12.80
  • Annual subscription with sauna CHF 3,000 (group classes with sauna):
    • Nutzbar für 360 Tokens für Gruppenkurse und 120 Tokens für die Sauna.

No, training at the Uetli Gym is not yet recognised by supplementary insurances. As we have only just opened, the recognition process is still underway. We will let you know as soon as the process is complete. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Ja, wir bieten Vergünstigungen für Studierende, Personen mit AHV- oder IV-Bezügen an. Bei Vorlage entsprechender Nachweise gewähren wir einen Rabatt von 20 %. Dies soll sicherstellen, dass unser Fitnessangebot für eine breitere Bevölkerungsschicht zugänglich ist. You can train at the Uetli Gym from the age of 16, provided you have written permission from your parents. Otherwise, you must be at least 18 years old to use the gym. We take the safety and well-being of our members, especially the younger ones, very seriously. If you have any further questions or specific concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I have forgotten my password No problem! If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset. Follow these steps

You can book training sessions at the Uetli Gym in advance as follows:

Group classes and personal training sessions: These can be booked up to 60 minutes before the start of the session.

Sauna: The sauna can be booked up to 90 minutes prior to the start of the session.

For long-term planning and to ensure you get the classes and times you want, group classes and personal training sessions can even be booked up to 30 days in advance. This flexible booking option allows our members to conveniently plan their training times to suit their individual needs. If you have any questions about booking, please do not hesitate to contact us.

To cancel your booking, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to our booking tool.
  2. Click on 'My account' at the top right.
  3. Click on the 'Bookings' section.
  4. Find the booking you want to cancel.
  5. Click on the 'Cancel' option next to the booking.

 

Please note that cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. For personal training sessions, the deadline is 12 hours. Cancellations made after this time will be charged in full.

At the Uetli Gym, we recommend that you book no more than one group or private training session per day. It is important to limit the number of workouts per day to ensure optimal recovery for your body. We want our members to achieve their fitness goals in a safe and sustainable way. If you would like to train more frequently, please speak to your trainer to work out a plan to suit your needs.

Individual recovery times can vary depending on the intensity and type of exercise and your personal fitness goals. It is therefore important to take your body's needs into account and plan your training accordingly.

Booking the Uetli Gym sauna separately allows us to ensure a positive relaxation experience for all members. Here are the reasons for the separate booking and the limit of 6 people at a time:

  • Relaxation and comfort: By limiting the sauna to a maximum of 6 people at a time, we ensure that each sauna guest has enough space and privacy to enjoy the relaxation experience to the full.

 

  • Hygiene and cleanliness: The sauna is a place for relaxation and recreation. By limiting the number of people in the sauna, we can ensure optimum cleanliness and hygiene.

 

  • Personal attention: A limited number of people allows our staff to ensure that each guest has a pleasant sauna experience.

 

  • Booking flexibility: Separate booking allows members to be flexible with their sauna times, ensuring that they can use the sauna at a time that best suits their schedule.

 

By handling sauna bookings separately and limiting the number of people using the sauna at the same time, we aim to ensure that the Uetli Gym sauna remains an exclusive and relaxing experience for all members.

FAQ: Training in the studio

No, the Uetli Gym can only be booked in combination with a group course or personal training session. This policy has been put in place to ensure the best possible individual attention and safety for our members. By booking in advance, we can ensure that our qualified staff are optimally attuned to the needs of the participants and that personal attention is guaranteed. This helps to ensure a safe and effective training experience for all Uetli Gym members. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The group class room and the personal training room are equipped with all types of free weights, barbells, kettlebells, racks, TRX, plyo boxes and various cardio machines. 

The changing rooms are equipped with showers, Soeder shampoo, shower gel and lotion, Mad Coiffeur hair products and hairdryers.

The spa area has a sauna, loungers, a relaxation area with a starry sky, an adventure shower and a toilet.

 

You will need the following items to train at the Uetli Gym:

 

  • Sportswear: Wear appropriate sportswear such as tracksuit bottoms, leggings, T-shirts or sports tops.
  • Sports shoes: Wear clean and appropriate indoor sports shoes. Street shoes are not allowed.
  • Towel: A towel is required for hygiene on the exercise equipment or in the sauna. We offer a towel service.
  • Drinks: You are welcome to bring your own drinks or purchase them on site.
  • Toiletries: We provide shampoo, shower soap, soap and lotion from Soeder. Additional hair care products will be provided by Mad Coiffeur.

 

Please note that no street shoes are allowed and you are welcome to train in socks. We will ensure that the necessary toiletries are available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Yes, you will need your own lock for the lockers in the Uetli Gym. However, you can borrow a lock from us to secure your personal belongings. The lock ensures the security of your valuables during your workout. If you bring your own lock, please ensure that it meets the security standards and is suitable for the lockers. No, we recommend that you take a break from training and rest. The health of our members is our number one priority and it is important to take care of yourself and others. Training with a cold can not only affect your recovery, but also increase the risk of infection for others. To achieve the best results for your health and training, it is advisable to rest and only return to active training when you are fully recovered. At the Uetli Gym we value a comfortable and respectful training environment. Therefore, we have a more relaxed dress code with the following guidelines:

  2. Shoes: Wear clean, appropriate sports shoes designed for indoor use. Open-toed shoes or street shoes are not permitted.
  3. Hygiene: Maintain good personal hygiene, including clean sportswear and towels. Use towels on exercise equipment to maintain hygiene.
  4. Respect: Respect the privacy and well-being of other members by dressing appropriately.
