A former competitive American football player, Chris brings over 13 years of experience as a coach specialising in performance and strength training.

Dale is a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer with over 13 years of coaching experience and more than a decade working in strength and conditioning. His coaching philosophy is built around one simple goal: helping people become stronger, more resilient and more confident in their bodies.
Through structured strength training, Dale helps members improve movement quality, build athletic capacity and develop strength that carries over into both sport and everyday life.
At the gym, he leads strength-focused group sessions designed for all experience levels—from those new to training to experienced athletes looking to continue progressing.

Dragi is a passionate athlete with many years of boxing experience and a current focus on functional fitness. He has competed in several Hyrox events and is always pushing himself to improve his performance. His Hyrox training sessions are motivating, high-energy, and full of life.
A healthy, athletic lifestyle is important to him and healthy eating is a priority. After successfully completing his functional trainer course at SAFS, he is now aiming to become a performance trainer in order to develop further and take on new challenges.

Kostas, originally from Greece, is a passionate fitness trainer. His mission is to help others achieve their goals and realise their full potential.

She is committed to helping others navigate their fitness journey with clarity and avoid the pitfalls of myth and pseudo-science. For her, fitness isn't just a temporary pursuit; it's a lifelong commitment where she finds joy in the process and celebrates tangible results.
Lyuba makes it a priority to stay abreast of the latest research and advances through continuing education. Her curiosity extends beyond fitness to include a deep interest in nutrition and mental health, recognising their integral role in overall wellbeing.
Lyuba places particular emphasis on a customised approach, genuine empathy, integrity, a positive mindset and transparent communication.
She is fully dedicated to HYROX and leads the HYROX class on Tuesdays at 7:30 pm.
She’s all about sports and adrenaline — a runner, trail runner, running coach, and recently got into mountain biking because she loves trying new things (especially the ones that make her question her life choices mid-hill).
She competes in HYROX, with a win in Mexico and second place in St. Gallen this year. When she is not racing, she is snowboarding, playing tennis or finding creative ways to make people smile and suffer at the same time. She loves sharing her passion and pushing people beyond what they thought were their limits. Her classes? Hard, creative, and fun — in that “I’ll thank you tomorrow” kind of way.
For Michelle, movement has been a part of life since childhood. After years in equestrian sports, she discovered her passion for HYROX in 2022 – and hasn’t looked back since. She trains with full dedication and has already competed twice in the HYROX World Championships.
Michelle knows exactly how demanding – yet deeply rewarding – HYROX training can be, and she brings that same passion into every class. Her sessions are sweaty, intense, and push you to reach the next level with every rep.
Her motto? High energy, no limits – let’s smash it together!
With her excellent organizational skills, creativity and willingness to listen, she ensures that our events run smoothly and that everyone is always well informed.
She is also in her element when it comes to sports: her passion lies primarily in HYROX and trailrunning in nature.
At the reception she greets everyone (in slowly improving Swiss German) – it’s important to her that the gym is a place where everyone can feel comfortable, from the very first trial session to being a long-time regular.
