All-in-One

Experience a versatile, functional full-body workout with a focus on strength and endurance in our all-in-one class. 

From barbells and kettlebells to sweaty finishers, there's something for everyone. 

An energising session for holistic fitness and fun.

Boxing

Get ready to learn the art of classic boxing! This course will take you on a journey of discovery, where you'll learn the perfect combination of technique, tactics and precision. And that's not all! You'll also benefit from one of the most effective workouts of all: boxing not only improves your strength and endurance, but also takes your fitness to a whole new level.

This course is designed to fit you perfectly, whether you're a beginner or already advanced. Together, we'll achieve your personal goals and turn every punch into a step towards your success!

Fit 4 x 30 min

Get fit with 4 x 30 minutes a week.  

Four 30-minute sessions per week, starting with targeted upper or lower body exercises on Monday and Tuesday.
Thursday is an intensive HIIT session, followed by a full body workout on Friday.

Functional fitness

 

In unserer Functional Fitness Klasse erwartet dich ein vielseitiges und dynamisches Workout, das verschiedene Trainingsmethoden kombiniert. Du wirst durch eine Mischung aus Cardio, Krafttraining und koordinativen Übungen geführt, die deinen ganzen Körper fordert und stärkt. Der Kurs ist für alle Fitnesslevels geeignet und bietet eine abwechslungsreiche und motivierende Atmosphäre. Durch die Kombination verschiedener Übungen und Techniken wird jede Klasse einzigartig und hält dich immer auf Trab.

HYROX

Official HYROX Partner Gym 

Hyrox is a competition series that combines obstacle courses with functional training.

This class integrates running with functional exercises to improve strength, endurance and obstacle overcoming skills.

A holistic workout that promotes both physical fitness and the fun of competition.

The training is suitable for both beginners and advanced users.

Kettlebells and more

A dynamic workout with kettlebells, macebells and various other equipment awaits you. The various new movements will improve your coordination and muscle interaction. This workout is suitable for both beginners and advanced users.

Pilates

In our Pilates class you can expect a holistic workout that strengthens and stretches your body. You will be guided through a series of controlled exercises that will improve your core, flexibility and posture. Suitable for all fitness levels, the class focuses on precise movement and controlled breathing. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your muscles and improve your balance.

Power circuit

Get a full body workout with the Power Circuit! This dynamic class takes you through 10 varied stations that combine strength and cardio exercises. Every muscle is challenged using a variety of equipment and your own body weight. At the end, a finisher will push you to your limits. Perfect for anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level!

Strength

In our strength training sessions, you'll experience intensive strength training focused on building muscle.

The focus is on basic exercises such as squats, deadlifts, pull-ups and bench presses. Sessions are divided into lower body (Tues), upper body (Wed) and full body (Fri).

Ideally you should attend all three days for optimum results.

Vinyasa flow

In our Vinyasa Flow yoga class you can expect a dynamic and flowing practice where breath and movement are synchronised. You will be guided through a series of poses that flow seamlessly, developing both strength and flexibility. The class is suitable for all levels and offers a mix of challenge and relaxation. Through mindful breathing and conscious movement, you will find a deeper connection to your body and mind.

MännerYoga

Does your training practice help you in everyday life? Are you healthy, pain-free and relaxed? Or have you ever been more flexible - physically and mentally? If your training is improving your athletic ability but not your life, you may need something else. It might be time to add a new element. You don't have to be limber and deeply relaxed to practice yoga; you will become limber and deeply relaxed. Frank will show you the techniques and help you integrate them into your practice and daily life. No mantras, no religion, no folklore.
