Fanni’s journey is deeply rooted in the science of health and nutrition. She began her academic path in Leisure and Health Promotion, laying the foundation for a holistic approach to wellbeing. Over time, her curiosity led her deeper into nutritional science, and today she specialises in nutrition for disease prevention. Sports have always been the second pillar of her life. From several years of competitive tennis to nearly a decade of long-distance running, she has personally experienced how discipline, consistency, and resilience can transform both body and mind. These experiences shaped her understanding that nutrition is far more than just food – it’s about fuelling performance, preventing illness, and creating balance in everyday life. Her coaching style is personal, supportive, and motivating. Nutrition, in her view, should never rely on strict rules or quick fixes but on sustainable habits that truly enhance quality of life. Her goal is to help people harness the power of nutrition as a tool for growth, resilience, and transformation – whether that means improving athletic performance, supporting long-term health, or simply gaining more strength and confidence in daily life.
